Director Terry Bourke’s 50 minutes film Night of fear  was originally intended as the pilot episode of a 12-part horror series entitled ‘Fright.

Night of fear Stars Norman Yemm and Briony Behets (long weekend). It is a creepy, effective ‘lost in the woods’ (and cabin in the woods) horror set up that ran into censorship problems in his country. It was banned for a short period of time, finally opening in 1973.

Fans of slasher might find it rewarding,  but there can be retribution also for a wider range of film buffs because of the unconventional no dialogues approach and it is filled with great uncredited music.
