A hard-working freelancer graphic designer see his life getting worse every day. He secretly falls in love with the doctor trying to help him cure his strange rash allergies.

Heart Attack is the 4th feature film by Nawapol Thamrongrattanarit (36, Mary is Happy) one of the most interesting contemporary Thai director. More easy going than his previous efforts, this singular romantic comedy  is a delight and, despite its subject matter, it is more than just another illness film. It says a lot about work pressure in today’s society while keeping the right  balance between comedy and social drama.

Solitude and emptiness are among the numerous themes that the director tackles with gentle and clever ways.  A set up fitting the mood of our time, a feel good movie with  depth, either you see it as art house or even mainstream material.
